And what happened between Monday morning, April 18, 2005 and Friday afternoon, April 22, 2005? Well, the electricity went off for about 2 hours on the previous Friday and when it came back on there were problems with the internet line. The router was changed out on Friday evening and the line hobbled along over the weekend. Then on Monday another technician came out to improve the connectivity - and left with the line completely dead to the web server.
